1. Program Fees

All program fees must be paid in full before the commencement of the program.

2. Refund Eligibility

We understand that circumstances can change. Our refund policy is designed to be fair to both our clients and our practice.

• Full Refund: You are eligible for a full refund of the program fee if you cancel your enrollment at least 7 days before the official start date of the program.
• Partial Refund: If you cancel your enrollment within the first 15 days of the program, you may be eligible for a partial refund. The amount to be refunded will be at our discretion and will be calculated based on the services and materials you have already received.
• No Refund: After the initial 30 days of the program, we are unable to offer any refunds. This is because our program is a comprehensive service that includes personalized consultations, dietary plans, and lifestyle guidance, the value of which is delivered from the very beginning of the program.

3. How to Request a Refund

• The date of your enrollment
• The reason for your refund request

We will review your request and respond to you within 5-7 business days.

4. Non-Refundable Services

Please note that any individual consultations, diagnostic tests, or customized dietary plans that have already been provided are non-refundable.
